Philosophy

I Do Not Want You To Go Back To The Previous Conditions
It is possible to have a painless by single treatment, however, it is TEMPORARY. My goal is NOT going back to the previous conditions.

Good Prognosis After Treatment
Prevention is the key. Treatment is 15-30 min, however I want you to maintain painless as long as possible, therefore, I will advice on how to stretch and exercise at home after treatments if necessary.

Painless Life Is Just Steps Away
Everyone suffers from stiffness, discomfort, and pain.
Key factors to eliminate those struggles are:

Exercise
I recommend to exercise for 15 minutes a day, 90 minutes a week.

Nutrition
Try to avoid processed foods, MSG, and go with less sugar as much as you can.

Sleep
Lack of sleep or low sleep quality affects the performance of your next day. Try to sleep at the same time everyday.
