Cancellation Policy

IF YOU ARE LATE FOR A SESSION, YOU MAY LOSE SOME OF THAT SESSION TIME. IF YOU ARE NEW PATIENT, PLEASE COMPLATE AND SUBMIT 3 e-FORMS (We will send it via text and e-mail. Please also check your spam folder); OTHERWISE, WE MAY CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULED POLICY (NON-REFUNDABLE) PLEASE CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. The doctor wants to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. Circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of changing for no show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. In case you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, YOU WILL BE LOSING THAT SESSION (1 SESSION OF PACKAGE) OR CHARGED 100% OF YOUR TREATMENT FEE ($170) FOR LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE. NON-REFUNDABLE.
